Jessy thinks not many people know she boulders, but her catchphrase ‘it’s not a cult!’ tells us otherwise. Luckily, the way to look after our clients (and team!) doesn’t go over her head. Backed with over a decade of experience in marketing and brand management in the healthcare and the FMCG industry – she now dedicates her time and energy to making others win. Not a minute goes to waste when it comes to finding new ways to help our clients grow, with a lot of cold, forgotten coffees as a result.

Jemma often starts her day celebrating a good parking spot with a nice cup of coffee before she skips off into the wonderful world of digital marketing and beyond! This wine-lover has a nose for finding new ways to enhance our clients’ social media presence, whether it’s through new account insights or platform updates. Thanks to her eagerness to learn, she takes control of many of our odd jobs: from website troubleshooting and whipping WIP meetings into place to finding the next warehouse sale.

Amber spends most of her time obsessing over wordplay and falling into a cycle of typing and deleting the same sentence over and over again until she gets it just right. When she isn’t locked in an internal debate over whether she really needs that new skincare product or not, Amber is probably researching for her next international trip. Having lived on four continents, Amber has the best tips for your next adventure! We’re thrilled that she’s decided to settle in Sydney and can share her insights from around the world with us!

Tempest is the type of Boss Lady that just gets. it. done. Whether it’s a shoot, strategy or sulky baby – our Co-Founder & Director knows how to take care of it, and otherwise she’ll find out. The fact she’s always renovating gives away Temp is always looking for ways to improve; but with an eye for style like hers, we’re not complaining! (Ok, maybe we do complain about the apples, candles and artwork at our office – but really, it’s a great feat for our clients!)

The fact that Rosie speaks 4 languages is a testament to her curiosity and dedication to learn new things. With a Bachelor in Business and Marketing Major in her pocket, she made her first steps into the industry but we’re lucky to be the first agency snapping up this determined team player. Working predominantly on MoleMap, she’s a lifesaver – metaphorically and quite literally.

Meet Haylee, our amazing intern turned brand coordinator with a love of Formula 1 racing. She switches from fast cars to fast talking when she arrives at the office, immediately ready to chat anyone’s ear off. Luckily, she always has something interesting to share, whether an idea for a client or a new book. Haylee even runs her own Bookstagram account - that is when she isn’t too busy scheduling posts for our clients. Thanks to Haylee’s smarts and skills, she always has fresh ideas and keeps socials on track!

One moment she’s exploring creative ways to put our clients on the map, the next she’s venturing off-grid with her dog Brody. With a copywriting background, this creative soul loves a punchy concept – no matter if it’s a single social post, full campaign or new brand positioning. With experience across a wide range of brands, she’s ready to tackle any brief – as long as it doesn’t involve eating a banana. (Yes, bananaphobia is a thing.)

With an eye for composition and a great taste for office-snacks, Maylene knows how to keep both clients and team members happy. We all benefit from May’s favourite pastime too: endlessly scrolling through all imaginable platforms. This way she has a great bank of inspiration to draw from when creating scroll stopping feeds herself. If you’ve seen any of our flatlays, it’s probably off this creative’s hands – and you’ll understand why.
